Warranty free service is provided upon presentation of a warranty card and receipt confirming the date and fact of purchase.
When purchasing products, check that all fields inside the warranty card are filled out: the seller's signature, date of sale, store stamp, and your signature must be present.
The warranty periods for products purchased for private use (in household conditions) begin from the date of sale by the store.

In what cases is the warranty not applicable?

The warranty does not apply:

  1. To external and internal contamination, scratches, cracks, dents, scuffs, and other mechanical damages that occurred during operation or transportation.
  2. To product defects arising from maintenance, installation, or repair by individuals or organizations that are unqualified and not authorized service centers.
  3. To the fact of repair/disassembly/alteration of the product by unauthorized persons, as well as the use of non-original spare parts and components and the use of the product not for its intended purpose.
  4. To product defects arising from limescale formation or use of contaminated water. Product malfunctions caused by factors beyond the manufacturer's control, such as power surges, water pressure fluctuations, pipe corrosion, natural phenomena, and natural disasters.
  5. To product defects arising from non-compliance with the requirements of the attached instruction manual, improper installation, careless handling, and poor maintenance, including surface defects caused by large temperature fluctuations and the use of acidic and abrasive agents.
  6. To installation, cleaning, adjustment, replacement of consumables, and other maintenance work carried out by individuals or organizations that are not certified service organizations. Products without or with incomplete or incorrect filling of warranty card fields.
  7. To product components that have undergone natural wear and tear (rubber seals, decorative covers, seals, plastic buttons, aerators, etc.).

What are the conditions for returning goods?

If the appearance of the purchased product does not meet the proper standards or does not fit in shape, size, color, or configuration, you have the right to refuse the product.

Terms and conditions for returning goods (provided that the goods have not been used, and the complete set, seals, and factory labels are preserved):
  • no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase when bought at retail,
  • no more than 7 days when purchased on online marketplaces.

The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5−30 business days.
